Meet Lisa Hart, Owner, B.C. HIS
Lisa Hart is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Illinois and Wisconsin. She has successfully helped thousands of people over the years to hear better. She has resided withher Husband in Waukesha County for the past 12 years and has raised two wonderful sons.
Dedicated to helping her patients live a higher quality of life, Lisa provides the best hearing solutions based on the needs of her patients. She is passionate about providing the hard of hearing and their families with a greater ability to manage their hearing loss.
Winner of numerous prestigious awards, Lisa’s commitment to excellent patient care is evident with each and every patient. She provides screenings, full hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation and has expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments.
Lisa Hart’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients over the years. Expertly trained in the new wireless connectivity technology, she has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to her patient’s cell phones, home phones, televisions and connect link microphones.
Meet Lauren Paszkiewicz, HIS
Lauren is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Wisconsin. The foundation of Her professionalism is built on her commitment to help patients with hearing loss live a fuller life. Lauren’s family has been directly impacted by hearing loss, so she understands the struggles patients and families face.
Lauren appreciates the importance of truly listening to her patients. By combining integrity and compassion, she creates an environment for honest and open communication. Patients can make a confident decision about their hearing needs.
Lauren has fitted and adjusted thousands of hearing instruments. She has extensive knowledge in communication disorders, digital and convention hearing aids, and accessories.
She resides in Oconomowoc with her 2 beautiful sons.
Meet Melissa Makovec, BS-HIS
Missy began working in the hearing heathcare world shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2014, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Through her years of study she found a passion and interest in the field of hearing science and hearing care. Missy loves being able to interact with people day to day and finds joy in helping patients hear better.
Missy has provided excellent and individualized patient care for the past three years and continues to do so at Hart Hearing Care Centers as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is also training to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Missy is dedicated and looks forward to providing quality care and being able to help patients live an improved quality of life.
Meet Chelsea Lallemont Hearing Instrument Specialist, in training
Chelsea started working in the healthcare field in 2015. She previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a strong sense of patient care and compassion. She continued with this work while studying for her Bachelors in Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few months after graduating in May of 2017 she started working in the hearing health world at Hart Hearing Care centers.
Chelsea loves being involved in helping patients as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is looking forward to begin training to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can enhance the lives of people through hearing health.
Meet Kelsey Oppor, HIS in training
Kelsey began working at Hart Hearing Care Centers shortly after graduating from East Carolina University in 2017, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in speech and hearing sciences. She enjoys being able to help patients daily with their hearing health.
Kelsey is currently providing help and care to patients for their hearing as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is also training to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is thrilled to be obtaining her license and is benefiting by learning from those around her.
