Stephanie began studying communication disorders at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2010. It was there where she learned a more in depth view of hearing loss. She later graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her studies developed a passion in the field of hearing science, and soon after graduation, Stephanie started working for a hearing company where she met Lisa Hart. Both Lisa and Stephanie decided to depart from the company within the same year for mutual reasons.
Stephanie went on to work in pharmaceutical research. Months later, Lisa reached out to Stephanie to have her join the Hart Hearing Care Centers team. Stephanie is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who is anxious to help improve her patients’ quality of life. Both Lisa and Stephanie are happy to bring their passion for hearing together and their even greater passion to help people hear better.
Heather began her career path in patient care in 2005. She had been an Optician for 10 years where she developed billing, lab skills, and a sense of outstanding patient care as she progressed. In 2015, she decided to take a leap into the hearing health world. This year helped lay out the foundation of her hearing care knowledge.
When offered a chance to be General Manager of another company, Heather took a brief break from healthcare. She was contacted months later by Lisa Hart, who had heard about how she cared for patients, to become a Patient Care Coordinator and Hearing Instrument Specialist in training. Heather loves the sense of fulfillment she gets at the end of the day knowing that she has made a difference in a patient’s life.
